My role as Head of Mens Lifestyle for Paige required me to be responsible not only for creative direction but leadership as well. Collaborated with category managers to create seasonal concepts that aligned with overall brand vision. Delivered design driven collections according to sku plan that is on time, production friendly, and satisfies margin goals. Worked closely with merchants to deliver SMUs for majors and marketing requests. Presented seasonal collections to sales team while providing product knowledge and merchandising strategy. Worked closely with the Creative Director to put together photoshoots, locations, models, and photographers. Along with styling out offsite shoots and ecomm shoots.
